Notable Changes

  • 🔥New: Automations – choose between three different automation types:
  • Invoicing (unpaid invoice) – Based on invoices that do not have a full payment applied. Actions will be addressed to the payee of the invoice.
  • Post-appointment – Based on appointments that have occurred in the past.
  • Client Recall – Based on the client’s last appointment when they have no future appointments booked.
  • Set the conditions that must be met for the automation to be triggered.
  • Choose one or more actions to happen when the automation is triggered: SMS, Email or Task.
  • 🔥New: NDIS Bulk Upload report [AUS only]
  • 🔥New: Apply formatting to the text in the note multiple-lines field and form information field
  • 🔥New: Data Export option added for client diagnoses
  • 👍Improved: Show a record of emailed notes, forms, files, and invoices sent to contacts in the client’s profile
  • 👍Improved: Remove the “logo not found” error when printing note/form in an account with no logo uploaded
