I have been using Zanda for over 8 years, and left admin support behind when I switched over to it. Once set up it is so easy to use and user friendly. Any support questions are responded to quickly. I love the automated sms reminders, that bookings change colour once theyre confirmed by clients and being able to directly process clients Medicare rebates and Medicare bulk billing. The reports it provides are very useful, as is the ability to click a button to see how many appointments a client has attended since their last referral. I love the online forms and the easy layout. When setting up new clients remotely, it has been so easy to send them the online consent forms etc. There's no printing or scanning required for the client, which I love.
I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!
The introduction of AI has made a significant difference when it comes to writing client notes. I'm looking forward to future updates that will also write reports and emails.

I have been a user of Zanda since starting up my practice almost 3 years ago. I wanted a paperless, efficient, organised, and integrated system in working which included all aspects of my practice from taking enquires, all the way to taking payments, providing electronic Medicare rebates, and sending discharge letters where letters were partially pre-filled. Zanda does so much for me that I have not needed a virtual assistant or to hire a bookkeeper! I have Xero and Stripe connected to Zanda which makes my bookkeeping and taking payments a breeze! Zanda is flexible where you can use it as little or as much as you like. I have become dependent on Zanda. I feel assured that it will continue on due to the commitment Zanda has to their practice management system, with updates and security ongoing, and responding to feedback and collaboration with other systems.
My clients are now able to use the Client Portal to make, amend and delete their appointments, depending on my cancellation policy. I have almost no 'No Shows' due to the automatically generated email reminders. My clients are more self sufficient by timing their appointments themselves and not feeling pressured for example straight after the session to arrange the next one.
I have used a number of medical practice software systems but for the price and flexibility, I would highly recommend Zanda. It has all the functionality you need to run a busy practice with multiple sites and multiple practitioners with as many service codes as you like. Simple and intuitive to us. If you can use a Microsoft product, it is very simple to pick up. Great for new staff to learn being so easy. Adding admin or clinic notes is easy and there are templates ready to go. Billing is easy and caters for Aussie Medicare and NDIS billing. Reports provide all you need and can be downloaded in excel for further analysis.

The tutorials were fantastic and the online support has been amazing. I have found you learn a lot as you go as different issues pop up but there are great articles to help. I feel very organised and time efficient using Zanda especially when doing my own admin and clinical work. I love the integrations such as Physitrack. It is easy to upload and keep correspondence and files all together and I love the templates for letters/assessments. You can customise everything to suit your own practice. One major component you'll need in private practice is a HIPAA compliant EHR that is easy to use. I love using Zanda because I've been able to automate a lot of simple tasks. For example, when someone schedules their very first appointment, they automatically get an email w/ links to complete the intake forms specific to them. Automating as much as you can saves so much time & just makes me happy thinking about it.
I use Zanda across two separate businesses. I loved it so much with the first that when I set up the second, I just knew I had to use Zanda as my diary manager. It saves me so much administration time and is so much more than a diary. The forms, correspondence templates, email and SMS features have all been so incredibly helpful in my business. Clients also comment frequently on how 'professional' my correspondence looks. This is largely due to Zanda.
I just love that Zanda gives me the ability to integrate all aspects of running a naturopathic business - from the diary, email confirmations, text messages that remind the client, invoicing, connecting with Xero accounting, allowing my accountant access to the stuff she needs but nothing else, total lockdown of clients session info once saved, or save in draft mode if additional info needed to be added after an email, all details in the one place including any correspondence I have with client, ability to send birthday messages and newsletters in bulk, stock inventory and can even take payments. Really, the list goes on...
Zanda is I believe the best practice management software on the market. Also they are constantly looking to improve the service with new features and safe AI integration. Recommended!
