Zanda makes my business run smoothly and reduces my admin time to an extremely manageable amount. It is user-friendly and intuitive to use. Once all your tools, forms and letters are as you want them, client file management & communication with other professionals is merely a couple of clicks. My case load is now higher as my admin time is so low.

I like the integration of easy to use client management software with the ability to track the money! I can export my invoices straight into Xero!! Everything related to my practice is in one space. I can manage clients and my invoicing of clients as well as helping with my accounting and bookkeeping. Oh and keeping an eye on debtors too!!

Really good diary features, allows me to manage a whole team of clinicians and helps keep everything organised. Ability to send text message directly to clients from the dashboard is a great tool to have, helps to prevent a lot of missed appointments. The Zanda team were really helpful when I needed to import data from our old software, and were really responsive to any questions that I had.

The calendar function works so well, integrating with Tyro for payments as well as Medicare. The simplicity of adding files to a client's profile is such a relief. Combine all that with the communication templates and you have a winning program. The integration between the clinician's calendar and payments ie, Medicare and Tyro has made the checkout process a lot quicker.

I use Zanda across two separate businesses. I loved it so much with the first that when I set up the second, I just knew I had to use Zanda as my diary manager. I have been using Zanda for a long time now and have found it very easy to use and on the rare occasions when I've required help my questions have been answered promptly and expertly. My clients often comment on the ease and convenience of the online booking system. I am able to check and alter my appointments from any computer or smartphone. It has all the functionality you need to run a busy practice with multiple sites and multiple practitioners with as many service codes as you like. Simple and intuitive to us. If you can use a Microsoft product, it is very simple to pick up. Great for new staff to learn being so easy. Adding admin or clinic notes is easy and there are templates ready to go. Billing is easy and caters for Aussie Medicare and NDIS billing. Reports provide all you need and can be downloaded in excel for further analysis.

I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!

Zanda has helped my practice alot, with automated SMS reminders and a great calendar system I'm saving time in these areas.

It has saved me so much time, not having to manually create invoices or keep excel documents for payments. It has been great going electronic for all my notes and made everything more organised.
