Zanda has done a great job of payment integration, ease of communicating with clients, online forms for new clients and ease of ending invoices and statements etc. The stand-out feature that has transformed workflow is payment integration. No more messing with EFTPOS machines.

The calendar function works so well, integrating with Tyro for payments, as well as Medicare. The simplicity of adding files to a client’s profile is such a relief. Combine all that with the communication templates and you have a winning program. The integration between the clinician’s calendar and payments, ie, Medicare and Tyro, has made the checkout process a lot quicker.
