Zanda Integrations

Zanda makes the day-to-day running of my practice so easy. We have gone from one practitioner to now having three; everyone can use it with only a few clicks. It was easy to implement into our practice, and as a bonus, it links with Xero, so our accounts always have up-to-date information.

Everything is accessible from the diary functionality. We are an NDIS-funded service, and it provides a user-friendly resource for managing invoices and record-keeping.

Zanda itself is easy and intuitive to use once it’s been set up; however, the support team is amazing… The company itself is transparent about continuous improvements they’re making, which I appreciate… They’re continually adapting the service for NDIS providers, which is amazing.

The generation of personal Tax Invoices and receipts allows me to individualise these invoices and to create third-party payments from care services, such as NDIS payments.

Zanda does so much for me that I have not needed a virtual assistant or to hire a bookkeeper! I have Xero and Stripe connected to Zanda, which makes my bookkeeping and taking payments a breeze! Zanda is flexible where you can use it as little or as much as you like. I have become dependent on Zanda.  

Starting my own physiotherapy clinic this year was quite daunting. However, Zanda gave me a lot of confidence in the early start-up process. I love the integrations, such as Physitrack… I love the templates for letters/assessments. You can customise everything to suit your own practice. I would highly recommend using Zanda. I’ve found Zanda to be vital in the smooth running of my business. It has dramatically reduced the amount of time spent on administrative chores and the integration with payments has meant seamless bookings and payments.

Zanda enables my clients to book a free and/or paid appointment, wherever they are worldwide, without me needing to approve every step manually. The integration of payments is another process that reduces my administration time, so I can do what I do best – support my clients.

I have used a number of medical practice software systems, but for the price and flexibility, I would highly recommend Zanda. It has all the functionality you need to run a busy practice with multiple sites and multiple practitioners with as many service codes as you like… Billing is easy and caters to Aussie Medicare and NDIS billing. Reports provide all you need and can be downloaded in Excel for further analysis.

We absolutely love Zanda. Since moving over to Zanda, our no-shows are down to near zero! We also love the integration with Xero – this has reduced our admin time, which means that we have more time to actually see clients.

I run a small private practice and Zanda has been a game-changer. It integrates with everything I need it to and once you learn it all is a great overall system.

Zanda has made my business more efficient. When you know your way around it, you can do so many things to make life easier as a practitioner. Great for appointments, letters, emails, telehealth, financials, Medicare and even Mailchimp. Integrates with many other systems that allied health use in practice daily.
