We absolutely love Zanda. After initial Zanda training, all our counsellors have reported that the system is easy to understand and to work with. All our client information is automated and in one place – clients fill in their intake forms (admin and clinical) and weekly assessment forms, while they receive appointment reminders in return. Since moving over to Zanda our no-shows are down to near zero!

Easy to access when working remotely. It syncs with Xero making bookkeeping very convenient.

I like the way it just keeps improving and how easy it is to obtain help if you get stuck doing something. I find it easy to use and I can add information easily to my customer files in the software

If I need help, I can rely on a fast, personalized response that always solves my problem in an efficient manner.

Zanda templates are awesome too! They have a vast library of templates that you can use or edit to make your own. You can also start from scratch and create your own templates for client notes, email automation, and forms. I am very pleased that when a client registers for the client portal, they will receive an automatic email with the client forms they need to complete prior to their appointment with me.

I am generally quite critical but I can wholeheartedly recommend Zanda and don’t have anything negative to say at all!

The interface is really user-friendly, it has great features that are needed for Private Practice and great customer support. I especially love the client profile section and the fact that it’s easily adaptable to any client base (such as minors and couples!). You can add contacts to get appointment reminders, as well as the client themselves, and you can add an emergency contact.

It’s the hub of our nurses daily operations. The calendar, forms, bookings etc. they’re all essential for our nurses to be able to operate out in the community as they work autonomously.
