What Charity Pricing includes
Once your application is approved, Zanda Support applies a permanent 100% discount to subsequent Zanda subscription charges.
The subscription discount applies regardless of the number of practitioner calendars on the account.
Charity Pricing covers the Zanda subscription itself. It does not cover optional paid services or usage charges, such as SMS, Telehealth Pro, or BizzyAI.
Requirements for Charity Pricing
To receive Charity Pricing, your organization must:
- Provide official documentation confirming your registered charity status and registered charity number.
- Convert your Zanda trial to a paid account and add a valid payment card.
- Add a reference to Zanda on your organization’s website, including a link to zandahealth.com.
- Provide Zanda Support with the URL where the Zanda reference appears.
- Give Zanda permission to list your organization’s name as a practice that uses Zanda and to identify your organization as a Zanda customer.
- Acknowledge that optional paid services and usage charges are not included in the 100% subscription discount and will be charged separately to the payment card on your account.
How to apply for Charity Pricing
1. Start a full-access trial
Start by creating a full-access Zanda trial account.
You can use the trial to explore Zanda and begin setting up your account before converting.
2. Prepare your charity documentation
You will need official documentation confirming your registered charity status, including your registered charity number.
Keep this documentation ready to provide to Zanda Support as part of your application.
3. Add a Zanda reference to your website
As part of Charity Pricing, add a reference to Zanda on your organization’s website.
For example, you can add:

You can download approved Zanda logos and other brand assets from Zanda Creative Assets.
When contacting Zanda Support, include the URL of the page where the Zanda reference or logo appears.
4. Convert your trial account
Before the Charity Pricing discount can be applied, you need to convert your trial to a paid Zanda account.
Follow the instructions in Converting Your Trial Account.
You will need to provide a valid credit card when converting your account.
Once Zanda Support applies Charity Pricing, your account receives a permanent 100% discount on subsequent subscription charges. Your payment card remains on the account for optional paid services and usage charges that are not covered by the discount.
5. Send your details to Zanda Support
After converting your account, contact [email protected] and provide:
- Your official charity registration documentation
- Your registered charity number
- Confirmation that you have converted your Zanda account
- The URL showing the Zanda reference or logo on your website
- Confirmation that Zanda has permission to list your organization as a practice that uses Zanda
- Confirmation that you understand optional paid services and usage charges are not included in the 100% subscription discount
6. Zanda Support applies the discount
Once Zanda Support has received and confirmed the required information, the team will update your account with a permanent 100% discount on subsequent subscription charges.
The discount applies to your Zanda subscription regardless of the number of practitioner calendars on your account.
Optional paid services and usage charges will continue to be billed separately.

If your organization is based in the United States or Canada, you also need a dedicated toll-free number to send and receive SMS messages.
Are Telehealth Pro and BizzyAI included?
No. Optional paid services such as Telehealth Pro and BizzyAI are not included in the Charity Pricing subscription discount. Applicable charges are billed separately to the payment card connected to your account.
Do we need to mention Zanda on our website?
Yes. As part of Charity Pricing, we ask your organization to include a simple reference and link to Zanda on your website.
Charity Pricing provides a 100% discount on your Zanda subscription. In return, the website reference helps other practices and organizations discover Zanda and supports our ability to continue offering this program to registered charities.
The reference can be as simple as “We run on Zanda” linked to zandahealth.com, or you can display the Zanda logo with an embedded link.
Approved logos are available from Zanda Creative Assets.
Once the reference is live, send Zanda Support the URL of the page where it appears so we can confirm this requirement has been completed.
Does Zanda need permission to use our organization’s name or logo?
As part of the Charity Pricing requirements, you agree to allow Zanda to identify your organization as a Zanda customer. This includes permission to list your organization’s name as a practice that uses Zanda.
