Updating Your Credit or Debit Card Details

Update your credit/debit card details for Zanda monthly fee and SMS charges easily.

Updating Your Credit/Debit Card Details

Zanda automatically processes your monthly fee and SMS charges using the credit/debit* card details stored in your account. You can edit your credit/debit card details at any time.

*Note: Debit cards can be used in place of credit cards, should they be authorised for online direct debit payments.

The initial entry of your credit or debit card details occurred when you upgraded your trial account to a paid subscription.

If your credit or debit card information changes, it’s essential to update it to ensure seamless automatic payments for your subscription and to maintain uninterrupted access to your account. Follow these simple steps to make the necessary changes:

  1. Go to User Menu > Your Account.
  2. Click on Update Credit Card.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Enter your new credit card details.
  5. Click ✔ Save.
Caution:

Important💡 Please, note that as part of our card validation policy, we will place a temporary hold of $1 on your credit card.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I confirm which payment details Zanda will use for future subscription payments?

Go to User Menu > Your Account > Update Credit Card. The saved card details on this page are the automatic payment details Zanda uses for future subscription payments. If you have just entered new details, click Save and check that the page shows the saved card details before your next billing date.

For subscription billing, Zanda shows and updates credit or debit card details only. See below for what payment methods are supported.

Can I pay my Zanda subscription by direct debit from a bank account instead of a card?

No. Zanda subscription billing (your monthly fee, plus any SMS, Telehealth Pro, or BizzyAI: Scribe usage charges) is processed by credit or debit card only. If your card is set up for online direct debit payments with your own bank, you can still use it here the same as any other debit card; see Updating Your Credit/Debit Card Details above. Direct debit and bank transfer aren’t available as separate payment methods, including from a UK bank account.

Process a One-Off Manual Payment

  1. Go to User Menu > Your Account .

  2. Click on Invoices and Receipts.

  3. Select ‘Show Unpaid Invoices’

  4. Select items to pay.

  5. Click Pay.
