I moved to Zanda (formerly Power Diary) a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments… and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen.

Easy to set up, I liked the form templates, which I customised to suit my private practice. You can also start from scratch and create your own templates for client notes, email automation, and forms.
