Easy to set up, I liked the forms templates which I customised to suit my private practice. Really good diary features, allows me to manage a whole team of clinicians and helps keep everything organised. Ability to send text message directly to clients from the dashboard is a great tool to have, helps to prevent a lot of missed appointments. The Zanda team were really helpful when I needed to import data from our old software, and were really responsive to any questions that I had.

The interface is really user-friendly, it has great features that are needed for Private Practice and great customer support. I especially love the client profile section and the fact that it's easily adaptable to any client base (such as minors and couples!). You can add contacts to get appointment reminders as well as the client themselves and you can add an emergency contact.

I love the online forms and the easy layout. When setting up new clients remotely, it has been so easy to send them the online consent forms etc. There's no printing or scanning required for the client, which I love.

The calendar function works so well, integrating with Tyro for payments as well as Medicare. The simplicity of adding files to a client's profile is such a relief. Combine all that with the communication templates and you have a winning program. The integration between the clinician's calendar and payments ie, Medicare and Tyro has made the checkout process a lot quicker.

Zanda allows us to concentrate on what we do best! We absolutely love Zanda. After initial Zanda training, all our counsellors have reported that the system is easy to understand and to work with. Implementation (even for non techies) has been and continues to be a piece of cake :) All our client information is automated and in one place - clients fill in their intake forms (admin and clinical) and weekly assessment forms, while they receive appointment reminders in return. Since moving over to Zanda our no-shows are down to near zero! We also love the integration with Xero - this has reduced our admin time, which means that we have more time to actually see clients.

The generation of personal Tax Invoices and receipts allows me to individualise these invoices and to create third party payments from care services such as NDIS payments. Being able to create monthly sales reports for tax return is a huge time saver.

One major component you'll need in private practice is a HIPAA compliant EHR that is easy to use. I love using Zanda because I've been able to automate a lot of simple tasks. For example, when someone schedules their very first appointment, they automatically get an email w/ links to complete the intake forms specific to them. Automating as much as you can saves so much time & just makes me happy thinking about it.

I cut my note-taking from 15 minutes to 5 minutes flat. Cutting my note-taking time by a third is great especially when I think about the caseload I want to hold long-term.

I have used a number of medical practice software systems but for the price and flexibility, I would highly recommend Zanda. It has all the functionality you need to run a busy practice with multiple sites and multiple practitioners with as many service codes as you like. Simple and intuitive to us. If you can use a Microsoft product, it is very simple to pick up. Great for new staff to learn being so easy. Adding admin or clinic notes is easy and there are templates ready to go. Billing is easy and caters for Aussie Medicare and NDIS billing. Reports provide all you need and can be downloaded in excel for further analysis.

I love the clinical notes feature and how easily I can upload supporting documents to every case. I love that it can send digital forms and has a patient portal. I am able to keep all documents relating to each patient together more easily. I also love that I can add clinical notes on the go on mobile, save them as a draft and complete them later.

I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!

Time was the biggest challenge and BizzyAI saves me some time.

I have been using Zanda for a long time now and have found it very easy to use and on the rare occasions when I've required help my questions have been answered promptly and expertly. My clients often comment on the ease and convenience of the online booking system. I am able to check and alter my appointments from any computer or smartphone. I like the notes feature, which is why I was interested in the first place, but being able to send forms and clients having the option to use the client portal is a great tool. No shows have stopped, the text reminder gives them the option to confirm or cancel. I don't need to carry a bunch of heavy paper notes with me all the time now.
