I have used a number of medical practice software systems but for the price and flexibility, I would highly recommend Zanda. It has all the functionality you need to run a busy practice with multiple sites and multiple practitioners with as many service codes as you like. Simple and intuitive to us. If you can use a Microsoft product, it is very simple to pick up. Great for new staff to learn being so easy. Adding admin or clinic notes is easy and there are templates ready to go. Billing is easy and caters for Aussie Medicare and NDIS billing. Reports provide all you need and can be downloaded in excel for further analysis.

Zanda allows us to concentrate on what we do best! We absolutely love Zanda. After initial Zanda training, all our counsellors have reported that the system is easy to understand and to work with. Implementation (even for non techies) has been and continues to be a piece of cake :) All our client information is automated and in one place - clients fill in their intake forms (admin and clinical) and weekly assessment forms, while they receive appointment reminders in return. Since moving over to Zanda our no-shows are down to near zero! We also love the integration with Xero - this has reduced our admin time, which means that we have more time to actually see clients.

With the other practice software, it's like the wild wild west things just go wrong all the time. Zanda's just more reliable and it's so easy to navigate.

Zanda effectively consolidates all practice management elements into one platform, which streamlines my operations. Before deciding on Zanda, I had tried many different systems and they just didn't give me everything I needed. My clients can book online, choose to pay before the appointment with the Stripe facility, and telehealth. I can email all my invoices easily. Easy to look up unpaid accounts and see future bookings and potential income.

Moving to Zanda having the templates set up, automation set up, hit send that freed me up to do the calls, do social media, and other things which I would normally have to stay up till 1 or 2 in the morning to do.

I think it's best to be honest with reviews and so I am generally quite critical but I can wholeheartedly recommend Zanda! I looked at nearly all of the alternative systems on the market and knew straight away that this was the one for us.

I have been using Zanda for over 8 years, and left admin support behind when I switched over to it. Once set up it is so easy to use and user friendly. Any support questions are responded to quickly. I love the automated sms reminders, that bookings change colour once theyre confirmed by clients and being able to directly process clients Medicare rebates and Medicare bulk billing. The reports it provides are very useful, as is the ability to click a button to see how many appointments a client has attended since their last referral. Clients love the capacity to be able to book online. Overall a brilliant system.

I love that Bizzy AI is HIPAA compliant. It doesn't get creative or make things up it transcribes the actual conversation, in the order I want, using my patient's own words.

I use Zanda for my home-based Remedial Massage therapy business. It has been a total game changer in helping me with SOAP notes for my clients. The calendar function works so well, integrating with Tyro for payments as well as Medicare. The simplicity of adding files to a client's profile is such a relief. I have used Zanda for about 3 or 4 years and find it really good for my clinic. I have added 2 other therapists to it so I can see their diaries and the notes and forms are great as I can set them up to my specification. I also use the telehealth option for online consultations, making life so much easier.

I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!

Previously it was very time consuming, and I often struggled to find time in between patients to write notes. Now it is much faster and also very thorough.

Ability to send text message directly to clients from the dashboard is a great tool to have, helps to prevent a lot of missed appointments. There are so many features I love of Zanda and its ever evolving offers; client portal, email reminders, how easy it is to communicate with clients. But my current favourite feature is the AI note taking tool! The biggest drain for me in private practice as a therapist has always been writing up my notes but the AI notes feature is absolutely fantastic and has transformed my practice!

I have been a user of Zanda since starting up my practice almost 3 years ago. Zanda is great for counsellors - it has an easy-to-use platform. It's so easy to navigate and set things up to integrate with my website. Billing and tracking payments is also super easy.

My clients are now able to use the Client Portal to make, amend and delete their appointments, depending on my cancellation policy. I have almost no 'No Shows' due to the automatically generated email reminders. My clients are more self sufficient by timing their appointments themselves and not feeling pressured for example straight after the session to arrange the next one.

Zanda are very quick to respond to queries - I feel fully supported by the product. The reminder text that is originated from the e-diary has completely turned around my did-not-attends. The diary pays for itself in client attendance. I have easy access to my diary within my phone - regardless of where I am.

Easy to set up, I liked the forms templates which I customised to suit my private practice. I was able to create an automatic response, and a new client intake form is sent out automatically when a new client books. Plus it has an integrated payment system. So far I'm impressed with the intuitive way that it is set up. The help info online and customer support has exceeded my expectations so far.

Zanda makes the day-to-day running of my practice so easy. We have gone from one practitioner to now having three; everyone can use it with only a few clicks. It was easy to implement into our practice, and as a bonus, it links with Xero, so our accounts always have up-to-date information. My clients love making appointments through our Client Portal... some wake up with pain in the middle of the night, and they grab their iPad or Tablet and book a time that suits them!

I love the online forms and the easy layout. When setting up new clients remotely, it has been so easy to send them the online consent forms etc. There's no printing or scanning required for the client, which I love.

With ADHD it takes me a while to organize my thoughts. BizzyAI can put my thoughts together for me. I don't have to worry about writing the details and I can let the clients know they have my full attention. Provides a sense of relief.

The generation of personal Tax Invoices and receipts allows me to individualise these invoices and to create third party payments from care services such as NDIS payments. Being able to create monthly sales reports for tax return is a huge time saver.

One major component you'll need in private practice is a HIPAA compliant EHR that is easy to use. I love using Zanda because I've been able to automate a lot of simple tasks.
