Zanda sends sms reminders to my clients that has saved me hours of time each week! I use this daily to update my calendar and use it for telehealth lite for video calling when we cannot be in person. My daughter set up Zanda for me in the school holidays and she tells me it was very easy.

I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!

Before Zanda, we had Excel spreadsheets and Word docs on a shared drive. Clients were waiting on the list for 2 years with no updates. Now every SMS, every email, every note is in one place automatically.

Zanda has done a great job of payment integration, ease of communicating with clients, online forms for new clients and ease of ending invoices and statements etc. The stand-out feature that has transformed workflow is payment integration. No more messing with EFTPOS machines.

I am a psychologist and have been using Zanda for 6+ years and have found it easy to use and have particularly liked how the program has continued to develop with new features being added regularly. As a sole practitioner with no admin support I really value all of the automation in the program that reduces my admin time.

The calendar function works so well, integrating with Tyro for payments as well as Medicare. The simplicity of adding files to a client's profile is such a relief. Combine all that with the communication templates and you have a winning program. I have been a user of Zanda since starting up my practice almost 3 years ago. I wanted a paperless, efficient, organised, and integrated system in working which included all aspects of my practice from taking enquires, all the way to taking payments, providing electronic Medicare rebates, and sending discharge letters where letters were partially pre-filled. Zanda does so much for me that I have not needed a virtual assistant or to hire a bookkeeper! I have Xero and Stripe connected to Zanda which makes my bookkeeping and taking payments a breeze! Zanda is flexible where you can use it as little or as much as you like. I have become dependent on Zanda. I feel assured that it will continue on due to the commitment Zanda has to their practice management system, with updates and security ongoing, and responding to feedback and collaboration with other systems.

Zanda has helped my practice alot, with automated SMS reminders and a great calendar system I'm saving time in these areas.

I like the notes feature, which is why I was interested in the first place, but being able to send forms and clients having the option to use the client portal is a great tool. No shows have stopped, the text reminder gives them the option to confirm or cancel. I don't need to carry a bunch of heavy paper notes with me all the time now.

I have been using Zanda for over 8 years, and left admin support behind when I switched over to it. Once set up it is so easy to use and user friendly. Any support questions are responded to quickly. I love the automated sms reminders, that bookings change colour once theyre confirmed by clients and being able to directly process clients Medicare rebates and Medicare bulk billing. The reports it provides are very useful, as is the ability to click a button to see how many appointments a client has attended since their last referral. Clients love the capacity to be able to book online. Overall a brilliant system.

The interface is really user-friendly, it has great features that are needed for Private Practice and great customer support. I especially love the client profile section and the fact that it's easily adaptable to any client base (such as minors and couples!). You can add contacts to get appointment reminders as well as the client themselves and you can add an emergency contact.

I use Zanda across two separate businesses. I loved it so much with the first that when I set up the second, I just knew I had to use Zanda as my diary manager. Easy to set up, I liked the forms templates which I customised to suit my private practice. I was able to create an automatic response, and a new client intake form is sent out automatically when a new client books. Plus it has an integrated payment system. So far I'm impressed with the intuitive way that it is set up. The help info online and customer support has exceeded my expectations so far.

I have been using Zanda for a long time now and have found it very easy to use and on the rare occasions when I've required help my questions have been answered promptly and expertly. My clients often comment on the ease and convenience of the online booking system. I am able to check and alter my appointments from any computer or smartphone. Recently when I was parked on the freeway between offices for an hour (a truck had rolled and spilt it's load) I was able to contact people and rearrange appointments using my mobile phone.

Really good diary features, allows me to manage a whole team of clinicians and helps keep everything organised. Ability to send text message directly to clients from the dashboard is a great tool to have, helps to prevent a lot of missed appointments. The Zanda team were really helpful when I needed to import data from our old software, and were really responsive to any questions that I had.

Zanda is the full package! The fact it sends texts the day before to patients has reduced non attendance. I can access it on my phone which is great for when someone calls when I'm not in the office. Syncs with Xero to make my accounting easy.

As a solo, part-time private practice SLP, I was looking for an EMR system that was affordable but still offered certain features (paperless intakes, customizable templates, etc.) and Zanda is fantastic for the price! I use the booking in via my website (client portal and calendar) which works really well, also find Zanda easy to set up bookings and payments for online workshops. I could probably go back and live without Zanda, to be honest, but life WITH Zanda is much better!

I love the clinical notes feature and how easily I can upload supporting documents to every case. I love that it can send digital forms and has a patient portal. I am able to keep all documents relating to each patient together more easily. I also love that I can add clinical notes on the go on mobile, save them as a draft and complete them later.

It's given me back a life, I've gained at least 2 hrs a day. I'm able to be present with the client for the whole session rather than trying to store in my brain things that I wanted to remember for my notes. I don't have that problem now. Our clinicians found that the biggest challenge was the time that the session notes took, if done after the session, and the accuracy of the notes since they were based on memory. I have used a number of medical practice software systems but for the price and flexibility, I would highly recommend Zanda.
