Makes organising appointments a lot easier, particularly with the SMS reminders for parents.

Starting my own physiotherapy clinic this year was quite daunting however Zanda gave me a lot of confidence in the early start up process . The tutorials were fantastic and the online support has been amazing. I have found you learn a lot as you go as different issues pop up but there are great articles to help. I feel very organised and time efficient using Zanda especially when doing my own admin and clinical work. I love the integrations such as Physitrack. It is easy to upload and keep correspondence and files all together and I love the templates for letters/assessments. You can customise everything to suit your own practice. There are so many features I love of Zanda and its ever evolving offers; client portal, email reminders, how easy it is to communicate with clients. But my current favourite feature is the AI note taking tool! The biggest drain for me in private practice as a therapist has always been writing up my notes but the AI notes feature is absolutely fantastic and has transformed my practice!

I don't feel like just a number with Zanda. I feel like I've got a team.

I use the booking in via my website (client portal and calendar) which works really well, also find Zanda easy to set up bookings and payments for online workshops. I could probably go back and live without Zanda, to be honest, but life WITH Zanda is much better!

I have been using Zanda for a long time now and have found it very easy to use and on the rare occasions when I've required help my questions have been answered promptly and expertly. I have been a user of Zanda since starting up my practice almost 3 years ago. I wanted a paperless, efficient, organised, and integrated system in working which included all aspects of my practice from taking enquires, all the way to taking payments, providing electronic Medicare rebates, and sending discharge letters where letters were partially pre-filled. Zanda does so much for me that I have not needed a virtual assistant or to hire a bookkeeper! I have Xero and Stripe connected to Zanda which makes my bookkeeping and taking payments a breeze! Zanda is flexible where you can use it as little or as much as you like. I have become dependent on Zanda. I feel assured that it will continue on due to the commitment Zanda has to their practice management system, with updates and security ongoing, and responding to feedback and collaboration with other systems.

I have used a number of medical practice software systems but for the price and flexibility, I would highly recommend Zanda. It has all the functionality you need to run a busy practice with multiple sites and multiple practitioners with as many service codes as you like. Simple and intuitive to us. If you can use a Microsoft product, it is very simple to pick up. Great for new staff to learn being so easy. Adding admin or clinic notes is easy and there are templates ready to go. Billing is easy and caters for Aussie Medicare and NDIS billing. Reports provide all you need and can be downloaded in excel for further analysis.

I have used Zanda for nearly 4 years and I love how it syncs - it is so convenient to have bank accounts, Medicare, Health Funds, and accounting software all communicating seamlessly.

I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!

I like that Zanda is software designed by therapists for therapists. It feels like I've got partners that I can really work with. Using Zanda makes my business efficient by limiting documentation time and keeping everything organized in one software.

The diary is so easy to work with & the customisable note & letter templates help create a smooth workflow. The drag & drop feature for adding files is also great. The customer support is incredible - every query is responded to quickly, with continuity of care (emails come from a real person & you can reply to them by return email). All this for a fraction of the cost of other EHRs. Did I mention the excellent data security too? Your data is yours & can be downloaded or deleted with ease. My patients love the portal too. It gives them choice & saves me lots of time. Highly recommend.

I just love that Zanda gives me the ability to integrate all aspects of running a naturopathic business - from the diary, email confirmations, text messages that remind the client, invoicing, connecting with Xero accounting, allowing my accountant access to the stuff she needs but nothing else, total lockdown of clients session info once saved, or save in draft mode if additional info needed to be added after an email, all details in the one place including any correspondence I have with client, ability to send birthday messages and newsletters in bulk, stock inventory and can even take payments. Really, the list goes on...

Organization is helpful, invoicing is awesome, super easy. Love the online forms and automatic import to file - one less thing I have to do! I love how files and info is stored and how my calendar looks.
