I have used Zanda for about 3 or 4 years and find it really good for my clinic. I have added 2 other therapists to it so I can see their diaries and the notes and forms are great as I can set them up to my specification. Zanda are very quick to respond to queries - I feel fully supported by the product. The reminder text that is originated from the e-diary has completely turned around my did-not-attends. Zanda is the only system I evaluated across Australia that's advanced enough for student-led clinics. Letting students draft notes and routing them to supervisors for review inside the system is something other practice management softwares just don't have.

Zanda templates are awesome too! They have a vast library of templates that you can use or edit to make your own. You can also start from scratch and create your own templates for client notes, email automation, and forms. I am very pleased that when a client registers for the client portal, they will receive an automatic email with the client forms they need to complete prior to their appointment with me.

I love the clinical notes feature and how easily I can upload supporting documents to every case. I love that it can send digital forms and has a patient portal. I am able to keep all documents relating to each patient together more easily. I also love that I can add clinical notes on the go on mobile, save them as a draft and complete them later.

I have used a number of medical practice software systems but for the price and flexibility, I would highly recommend Zanda. It has all the functionality you need to run a busy practice with multiple sites and multiple practitioners with as many service codes as you like. Simple and intuitive to us. If you can use a Microsoft product, it is very simple to pick up. Great for new staff to learn being so easy. Adding admin or clinic notes is easy and there are templates ready to go. Billing is easy and caters for Aussie Medicare and NDIS billing. Reports provide all you need and can be downloaded in excel for further analysis.

Zanda allows us to concentrate on what we do best! We absolutely love Zanda. After initial Zanda training, all our counsellors have reported that the system is easy to understand and to work with. I LOVE Zanda! It has allowed me to run my clinic with little administrative support. The two-way SMS feature is a game-changer & allows efficient communication with clients. It gives them choice & saves me lots of time. Highly recommend.

The SOAP notes setup is excellent, and the fact that these can be delivered online without any hassle makes it more convenient for myself and my clients. I also appreciate the space for files to be stored for each client. When I was looking around for booking systems, this one definitely stood out. Overall, Glad I went with it, and would recommend it.

Zanda has been a life changer for me as a psychologist doing my own admin, reception, etc! The automatic SMS reminders asking for confirmation of appointments has cut down admin time. The ability to enter different locations is very helpful, being able to enter 'school', 'home visit', 'park', 'Zoom', etc.

There are so many features I love of Zanda and its ever evolving offers; client portal, email reminders, how easy it is to communicate with clients. But my current favourite feature is the AI note taking tool! I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!

Fantastic PMS. Easy to use and provides great financial reports. I love how it is integrated with Physitrack, Medicare, DVA and Stripe. Best decision I made to switch to Zanda.

The generation of personal Tax Invoices and receipts allows me to individualise these invoices and to create third party payments from care services such as NDIS payments. Being able to create monthly sales reports for tax return is a huge time saver.

Really good diary features, allows me to manage a whole team of clinicians and helps keep everything organised. Ability to send text message directly to clients from the dashboard is a great tool to have, helps to prevent a lot of missed appointments. I have been using Zanda for a long time now and have found it very easy to use and on the rare occasions when I've required help my questions have been answered promptly and expertly. The calendar function works so well, integrating with Tyro for payments as well as Medicare. The simplicity of adding files to a client's profile is such a relief. Combine all that with the communication templates and you have a winning program.
