I don't have to answer phones, book appointments, email forms, send reminders - the things I need to say to my clients are included in my booking process on the main client portal page. I love that I can control my schedule from anywhere. I can open the program in 100 places and it all gets saved.

I have used a number of medical practice software systems but for the price and flexibility, I would highly recommend Zanda. It has all the functionality you need to run a busy practice with multiple sites and multiple practitioners with as many service codes as you like. Simple and intuitive to us. If you can use a Microsoft product, it is very simple to pick up. Great for new staff to learn being so easy. Adding admin or clinic notes is easy and there are templates ready to go. Billing is easy and caters for Aussie Medicare and NDIS billing. Reports provide all you need and can be downloaded in excel for further analysis.

One major component you'll need in private practice is a HIPAA compliant EHR that is easy to use. I love using Zanda because I've been able to automate a lot of simple tasks. For example, when someone schedules their very first appointment, they automatically get an email w/ links to complete the intake forms specific to them. Automating as much as you can saves so much time & just makes me happy thinking about it.

Zanda allows us to concentrate on what we do best! We absolutely love Zanda. After initial Zanda training, all our counsellors have reported that the system is easy to understand and to work with. Implementation (even for non techies) has been and continues to be a piece of cake :) All our client information is automated and in one place - clients fill in their intake forms (admin and clinical) and weekly assessment forms, while they receive appointment reminders in return. Since moving over to Zanda our no-shows are down to near zero! We also love the integration with Xero - this has reduced our admin time, which means that we have more time to actually see clients.

Zanda templates are awesome too! They have a vast library of templates that you can use or edit to make your own. You can also start from scratch and create your own templates for client notes, email automation, and forms. I am very pleased that when a client registers for the client portal, they will receive an automatic email with the client forms they need to complete prior to their appointment with me.

I have been using Zanda for over 8 years, and left admin support behind when I switched over to it. Once set up it is so easy to use and user friendly. Any support questions are responded to quickly. I love the automated sms reminders, that bookings change colour once theyre confirmed by clients and being able to directly process clients Medicare rebates and Medicare bulk billing. The reports it provides are very useful, as is the ability to click a button to see how many appointments a client has attended since their last referral. Clients love the capacity to be able to book online. Overall a brilliant system.

The calendar function works so well, integrating with Tyro for payments as well as Medicare. The simplicity of adding files to a client's profile is such a relief. Combine all that with the communication templates and you have a winning program. The integration between the clinician's calendar and payments ie, Medicare and Tyro has made the checkout process a lot quicker.

It's given me back a life, I've gained at least 2 hrs a day. I'm able to be present with the client for the whole session rather than trying to store in my brain things that I wanted to remember for my notes. I don't have that problem now. Within a few minutes of a client leaving the office the notes are completed. I can now leave work at work and not bring it home.

I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!

I like the simplicity of how our Zanda appointments sync to my Google calendar. Automated emails on booking and and reminders reduce administration. Easily integrated the online portal into my website and Facebook.

Easy to set up, I liked the forms templates which I customised to suit my private practice. I was able to create an automatic response, and a new client intake form is sent out automatically when a new client books. Plus it has an integrated payment system. So far I'm impressed with the intuitive way that it is set up. The help info online and customer support has exceeded my expectations so far.

Has made life as a solo practitioner so much easier! Enabling clients to schedule their own appointments and having control over the time frames for booking and cancellation. Very simple platform. Can also use for my own appointments and set reminders.

I have been a user of Zanda since starting up my practice almost 3 years ago. I wanted a paperless, efficient, organised, and integrated system in working which included all aspects of my practice from taking enquires, all the way to taking payments, providing electronic Medicare rebates, and sending discharge letters where letters were partially pre-filled. Zanda does so much for me that I have not needed a virtual assistant or to hire a bookkeeper! I have Xero and Stripe connected to Zanda which makes my bookkeeping and taking payments a breeze! Zanda is flexible where you can use it as little or as much as you like. I have become dependent on Zanda. I feel assured that it will continue on due to the commitment Zanda has to their practice management system, with updates and security ongoing, and responding to feedback and collaboration with other systems.

There are so many features I love of Zanda and its ever evolving offers; client portal, email reminders, how easy it is to communicate with clients. But my current favourite feature is the AI note taking tool! The biggest drain for me in private practice as a therapist has always been writing up my notes but the AI notes feature is absolutely fantastic and has transformed my practice!

It streamlines my whole practice. From booking sessions, invoicing, sending online forms to clients and note taking. It makes everything look very professional compared with my competitors.

As a solo, part-time private practice SLP, I was looking for an EMR system that was affordable but still offered certain features (paperless intakes, customizable templates, etc.) and Zanda is fantastic for the price! It didn't take me long to figure out how to get everything set up. The customization of forms and notes is great. They recently added an AI feature for notes which is saving me so much time!

Zanda itself is easy and intuitive to use once it's been set up; however, the support team is amazing... The company itself is transparent about continuous improvements they're making, which I appreciate... They're continually adapting the service for NDIS providers, which is amazing.

A practice management system designed specifically for psychologists that interfaces well with Medicare (Australia). The video platform works seamlessly and much better than all other video platforms I've tried. Tech support is fantastic.

I love the whole diary/booking system, especially synced with my Google calendar and Xero. Also, the easiness of creating forms and sending standardized emails. The auto-reminders are awesome! Much better client retention and fewer no-shows! I spend a lot less time trying to get my calendar organized, and I can concentrate on the real work :)

The interface is really user-friendly, it has great features that are needed for Private Practice and great customer support. I especially love the client profile section and the fact that it's easily adaptable to any client base (such as minors and couples!). You can add contacts to get appointment reminders as well as the client themselves and you can add an emergency contact.

Zanda has made my business more efficient. When you know your way around it, you can do so many things to make life easier as a practitioner. Great for appointments, letters, emails, telehealth, financials, Medicare and even Mailchimp. Integrates with many other systems that allied health use in practice daily.
