So far, so good. The site is user friendly and the set up instructions are clear to follow as they are broken down into step by step instructions. At present, I am liking their automation options as it helps to save time. Hoping more automation options become available.

Zanda is the only system I evaluated across Australia that's advanced enough for student-led clinics. Letting students draft notes and routing them to supervisors for review inside the system is something other practice management softwares just don't have.

It is solving the time problem. All the important functions are automated and we can customise different functions and templates to our needs.

Easy to set up, I liked the forms templates which I customised to suit my private practice. I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!

Zanda' is very easy to use, maintain and extract reports you need for your analysis and calculations. I always have a history of patient's improvements, their activity and all financial reports periodically and by product or service. I recommend Zanda.

The SOAP notes setup is excellent, and the fact that these can be delivered online without any hassle makes it more convenient for myself and my clients. I also appreciate the space for files to be stored for each client. When I was looking around for booking systems, this one definitely stood out. Overall, Glad I went with it, and would recommend it.

Really, the list goes on...

Zanda has probably saved me 15–20% of my workload especially during the busy growth phase. That time back? Its massive. It meant I could focus on therapy, not chase Medicare numbers or overdue invoices.

I have been using Zanda for a long time now and have found it very easy to use and on the rare occasions when I've required help my questions have been answered promptly and expertly. My clients often comment on the ease and convenience of the online booking system. I am able to check and alter my appointments from any computer or smartphone. I have been using Zanda for over 8 years, and left admin support behind when I switched over to it. Once set up it is so easy to use and user friendly. Any support questions are responded to quickly. I love the automated sms reminders, that bookings change colour once theyre confirmed by clients and being able to directly process clients Medicare rebates and Medicare bulk billing. The reports it provides are very useful, as is the ability to click a button to see how many appointments a client has attended since their last referral. Clients love the capacity to be able to book online. Overall a brilliant system.

I've used a number of different practice management systems and there's no doubt that Zanda is best in class.

My clients are now able to use the Client Portal to make, amend and delete their appointments, depending on my cancellation policy. I have almost no 'No Shows' due to the automatically generated email reminders. My clients are more self sufficient by timing their appointments themselves and not feeling pressured for example straight after the session to arrange the next one.

There are so many features I love of Zanda and its ever evolving offers; client portal, email reminders, how easy it is to communicate with clients. But my current favourite feature is the AI note taking tool!
