Comprehensive Practice Management Software for Counsellors

Zanda allows us to concentrate on what we do best! We absolutely love Zanda. After initial Zanda training, all our counsellors have reported that the system is easy to understand and to work with. Implementation (even for non techies) has been and continues to be a piece of cake :) All our client information is automated and in one place - clients fill in their intake forms (admin and clinical) and weekly assessment forms, while they receive appointment reminders in return. Since moving over to Zanda our no-shows are down to near zero! We also love the integration with Xero - this has reduced our admin time, which means that we have more time to actually see clients.

I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!

I love the whole diary/booking system, especially synced with my Google calendar and Xero. Also, the easiness of creating forms and sending standardized emails. The auto-reminders are awesome! Much better client retention and fewer no-shows! I spend a lot less time trying to get my calendar organized, and I can concentrate on the real work :)

It streamlines my whole practice. From booking sessions, invoicing, sending online forms to clients and note taking. It makes everything look very professional compared with my competitors.

The interface is really user-friendly, it has great features that are needed for Private Practice and great customer support. I especially love the client profile section and the fact that it's easily adaptable to any client base (such as minors and couples!). You can add contacts to get appointment reminders as well as the client themselves and you can add an emergency contact.

I like the fact that Zanda supports every aspect of my business: appointments, invoices, video calls, client booking portal, etc. It has reduced my admin hours and has reduced my time on appointment bookings, as people can book their own time slots. The introduction of AI has also made a significant difference when it comes to writing client notes.
