With the other practice software, it's like the wild wild west things just go wrong all the time. Zanda's just more reliable and it's so easy to navigate.

I love the clinical notes feature and how easily I can upload supporting documents to every case. I love that it can send digital forms and has a patient portal. I am able to keep all documents relating to each patient together more easily. I also love that I can add clinical notes on the go on mobile, save them as a draft and complete them later.

Zanda has made my life at my clinic so easy. From the client portal, custom invoices, sales reports, etc - even for a small business like mine, it all increases my professional image and efficiency! Easy to use and so many features. We have solved all our timetabling difficulties and sharing information dilemmas easily. I love that you can do so many things in one program. I have been a user of Zanda since starting up my practice almost 3 years ago. I wanted a paperless, efficient, organised, and integrated system in working which included all aspects of my practice from taking enquires, all the way to taking payments, providing electronic Medicare rebates, and sending discharge letters where letters were partially pre-filled. Zanda does so much for me that I have not needed a virtual assistant or to hire a bookkeeper! I have Xero and Stripe connected to Zanda which makes my bookkeeping and taking payments a breeze! Zanda is flexible where you can use it as little or as much as you like. I have become dependent on Zanda. I feel assured that it will continue on due to the commitment Zanda has to their practice management system, with updates and security ongoing, and responding to feedback and collaboration with other systems.

Zanda has made my business more efficient. When you know your way around it, you can do so many things to make life easier as a practitioner. Great for appointments, letters, emails, telehealth, financials, Medicare and even Mailchimp. Integrates with many other systems that allied health use in practice daily.

I have been using Zanda for over 8 years, and left admin support behind when I switched over to it. Once set up it is so easy to use and user friendly. Any support questions are responded to quickly. I love the automated sms reminders, that bookings change colour once theyre confirmed by clients and being able to directly process clients Medicare rebates and Medicare bulk billing. The reports it provides are very useful, as is the ability to click a button to see how many appointments a client has attended since their last referral. Clients love the capacity to be able to book online. Overall a brilliant system.

I like the notes feature, which is why I was interested in the first place, but being able to send forms and clients having the option to use the client portal is a great tool. No shows have stopped, the text reminder gives them the option to confirm or cancel. I don't need to carry a bunch of heavy paper notes with me all the time now.

I love the whole diary/booking system, especially synced with my Google calendar and Xero. Also, the easiness of creating forms and sending standardized emails. The auto-reminders are awesome! Much better client retention and fewer no-shows! I spend a lot less time trying to get my calendar organized, and I can concentrate on the real work :)

I rely heavily on the calendar. Colour-coded statuses let me see at a glance who's on insurance, who has a discount, who hasn't confirmed yet. One look and I know what's what.

I've found Zanda to be vital in the smooth running of my business. It has dramatically reduced the amount of time spent on administrative chores and the integration with payments has meant seamless bookings and payments.

I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!

Best decision! It's been a godsend using such a fabulous electronic diary and management software. It's so easy to use.

As a solo, part-time private practice SLP, I was looking for an EMR system that was affordable but still offered certain features (paperless intakes, customizable templates, etc.) and Zanda is fantastic for the price! It didn't take me long to figure out how to get everything set up. The customization of forms and notes is great. They recently added an AI feature for notes which is saving me so much time!

The generation of personal Tax Invoices and receipts allows me to individualise these invoices and to create third party payments from care services such as NDIS payments. Being able to create monthly sales reports for tax return is a huge time saver.

So far, so good. The site is user friendly and the set up instructions are clear to follow as they are broken down into step by step instructions. At present, I am liking their automation options as it helps to save time. Hoping more automation options become available.

Really good diary features, allows me to manage a whole team of clinicians and helps keep everything organised. Ability to send text message directly to clients from the dashboard is a great tool to have, helps to prevent a lot of missed appointments. The Zanda team were really helpful when I needed to import data from our old software, and were really responsive to any questions that I had.

A practice management system designed specifically for psychologists that interfaces well with Medicare (Australia). The video platform works seamlessly and much better than all other video platforms I've tried. Tech support is fantastic.

I have used a number of medical practice software systems but for the price and flexibility, I would highly recommend Zanda. It has all the functionality you need to run a busy practice with multiple sites and multiple practitioners with as many service codes as you like. Simple and intuitive to us. If you can use a Microsoft product, it is very simple to pick up. Great for new staff to learn being so easy. Adding admin or clinic notes is easy and there are templates ready to go. Billing is easy and caters for Aussie Medicare and NDIS billing. Reports provide all you need and can be downloaded in excel for further analysis.

The interface is really user-friendly, it has great features that are needed for Private Practice and great customer support. I especially love the client profile section and the fact that it's easily adaptable to any client base (such as minors and couples!). You can add contacts to get appointment reminders as well as the client themselves and you can add an emergency contact.

You can also start from scratch and create your own templates for client notes, email automation, and forms. I am very pleased that when a client registers for the client portal, they will receive an automatic email with the client forms they need to complete prior to their appointment with me.

As a one woman show, I am able to do what I am trained to do - massage. Previously it was very time consuming, and I often struggled to find time in between patients to write notes. Now it is much faster and also very thorough.

I use Zanda across two separate businesses. I loved it so much with the first that when I set up the second, I just knew I had to use Zanda as my diary manager. It saves me so much administration time and is so much more than a diary. The forms, correspondence templates, email and SMS features have all been so incredibly helpful in my business. Clients also comment frequently on how 'professional' my correspondence looks. This is largely due to Zanda.

It's given me back a life, I've gained at least 2 hrs a day. I'm able to be present with the client for the whole session rather than trying to store in my brain things that I wanted to remember for my notes. I don't have that problem now. Within a few minutes of a client leaving the office the notes are completed. I can now leave work at work and not bring it home.

The customer support is incredible - every query is responded to quickly, with continuity of care (emails come from a real person & you can reply to them by return email). All this for a fraction of the cost of other EHRs. Did I mention the excellent data security too? Your data is yours & can be downloaded or deleted with ease. My patients love the portal too. It gives them choice & saves me lots of time. Highly recommend.
