I wanted a system that could hold everything you do in a practice so I wasn't jumping between different softwares to do different things. Zanda was the only one who mapped closely to what I already knew, which was Titanium.

I rely heavily on the calendar. Colour-coded statuses let me see at a glance who's on insurance, who has a discount, who hasn't confirmed yet. One look and I know what's what.

Zanda is great. It keeps track of appointments and billing. Makes tax and BAS very easy.

Zanda is giving practices the ability to grow and evolve by putting systems in place and making the admin part really easy is really rewarding.

It's given me back a life, I've gained at least 2 hrs a day. I'm able to be present with the client for the whole session rather than trying to store in my brain things that I wanted to remember for my notes. I don't have that problem now. Within a few minutes of a client leaving the office the notes are completed. I can now leave work at work and not bring it home.

If I didn't have Zanda, I would be spending 10 to 15 hours a week on admin. Now I spend about three or four hours a week.

It has saved me so much time, not having to manually create invoices or keep excel documents for payments. It has been great going electronic for all my notes and made everything more organised.

Zanda sends sms reminders to my clients that has saved me hours of time each week! I use this daily to update my calendar and use it for telehealth lite for video calling when we cannot be in person. My daughter set up Zanda for me in the school holidays and she tells me it was very easy.

One major component you'll need in private practice is a HIPAA compliant EHR that is easy to use. I love using Zanda because I've been able to automate a lot of simple tasks. For example, when someone schedules their very first appointment, they automatically get an email w/ links to complete the intake forms specific to them. Automating as much as you can saves so much time & just makes me happy thinking about it.

Over the past year Zanda has proven a great tool for managing my counselling practice. I love its Zoom integration. I've greatly benefited from their private and secure AI note-taking tools to remove friction and help overcome my perfectionism with client note-taking. The generation of personal Tax Invoices and receipts allows me to individualise these invoices and to create third party payments from care services such as NDIS payments. Being able to create monthly sales reports for tax return is a huge time saver.

I have used a number of medical practice software systems but for the price and flexibility, I would highly recommend Zanda. It has all the functionality you need to run a busy practice with multiple sites and multiple practitioners with as many service codes as you like. Simple and intuitive to us. If you can use a Microsoft product, it is very simple to pick up. Great for new staff to learn being so easy. Adding admin or clinic notes is easy and there are templates ready to go. Billing is easy and caters for Aussie Medicare and NDIS billing. Reports provide all you need and can be downloaded in excel for further analysis.

Zanda rocks! I like the notes feature, which is why I was interested in the first place, but being able to send forms and clients having the option to use the client portal is a great tool. No shows have stopped, the text reminder gives them the option to confirm or cancel. I don't need to carry a bunch of heavy paper notes with me all the time now.

Zanda templates are awesome too! They have a vast library of templates that you can use or edit to make your own. You can also start from scratch and create your own templates for client notes, email automation, and forms. I am very pleased that when a client registers for the client portal, they will receive an automatic email with the client forms they need to complete prior to their appointment with me.

A practice management system designed specifically for psychologists that interfaces well with Medicare (Australia). The video platform works seamlessly and much better than all other video platforms I've tried. Tech support is fantastic.

I have been using Zanda for a long time now and have found it very easy to use and on the rare occasions when I've required help my questions have been answered promptly and expertly. My clients often comment on the ease and convenience of the online booking system. I am able to check and alter my appointments from any computer or smartphone. Ability to send text message directly to clients from the dashboard is a great tool to have, helps to prevent a lot of missed appointments. I like the way it just keeps improving and how easy it is to obtain help if you get stuck doing something. I find it easy to use and I can add information easily to my customer files in the software.

I moved to Zanda a couple of months ago and, having trialled several different platforms, this one is by far the best for my sole trader UK counselling practice. Even in the short time that I have been with Zanda, they have made some significant improvements. The things I especially like are the automated emails to chase up payments, the ease with which you can send invoices and manage payments (I'm not so fond of the 55p that Zanda charges for every transaction, on top of the Stripe fees), and the calendar filters so you can see if there are any outstanding notes or unpaid invoices. You can also set your own flags and filter on these. The icons on the calendar view mean that you can see a lot of information on one screen. Navigation is also extremely simple and intuitive. Zanda is a complicated system, although easy to learn, and so it is probably capable of much more than I realise even now. I have no plans to leave!

I have been a user of Zanda since starting up my practice almost 3 years ago. I wanted a paperless, efficient, organised, and integrated system in working which included all aspects of my practice from taking enquires, all the way to taking payments, providing electronic Medicare rebates, and sending discharge letters where letters were partially pre-filled. I feel assured that it will continue on due to the commitment Zanda has to their practice management system, with updates and security ongoing, and responding to feedback and collaboration with other systems.

I have used Zanda for about 3 or 4 years and find it really good for my clinic. I have added 2 other therapists to it so I can see their diaries and the notes and forms are great as I can set them up to my specification. I also use the telehealth option for online consultations, making life so much easier.

My clients are now able to use the Client Portal to make, amend and delete their appointments, depending on my cancellation policy. I have almost no 'No Shows' due to the automatically generated email reminders. My clients are more self sufficient by timing their appointments themselves and not feeling pressured for example straight after the session to arrange the next one.

The calendar function works so well, integrating with Tyro for payments as well as Medicare. The simplicity of adding files to a client's profile is such a relief. Combine all that with the communication templates and you have a winning program. The integration between the clinician's calendar and payments ie, Medicare and Tyro has made the checkout process a lot quicker.

It streamlines my whole practice. From booking sessions, invoicing, sending online forms to clients and note taking. It makes everything look very professional compared with my competitors.
