Meet BizzyAI - your AI-powered assistant! BizzyAI: Scribe and BizzyAI: Refine take the hard work out of session note writing by transcribing and producing notes for you. Here’s a peek at how this looks while editing a note:
The Scribe functionality allows you to transcribe client sessions, picking up the full conversation and converting it into text to produce a summarized note of the session. Using BizzyAI: Refine, you can request BizzyAI to rewrite or reformat your note.

Pricing Information
- BizzyAI: Scribe & Refine have been released to all users
- BizzyAI: Refine remains free, with no charge for this product.
- BizzyAI: Scribe’s pricing is moving away from the original per-transcription-hour billing described here. With the new AI Core and AI Pro plans launching on 13 October, every Zanda subscription includes AI Core at no extra cost, with up to four AI Scribe sessions per billing cycle included. For unlimited Scribe sessions, practices can add AI Pro as a per-user monthly add-on.
- If you currently pay for BizzyAI: Scribe under the old per-hour pricing and want to keep unlimited Scribe access once the new plans launch, subscribe affected users to AI Pro from Account Settings > Subscription > Optional Add-Ons ahead of time.
