Notable Changes

  • 🔥New release! Setup resources: This feature allows you to set up your resource groups (e.g. Rooms) and the resource items (e.g. Room1, Room2 etc). This is in preparation for the upcoming release of resource management for appointments.
  • 🔥New release! Telehealth Plus+ has been released in full and is out of beta. A setting to enable this has been added in the communication settings page. When this setting is enabled, you can decide whether to create a TelehealthPlus+ link for each appointment as needed to enjoy the benefits of multiple participants, backgrounds, chat, file sharing, and more.
  • 🔥New: Bulk update client details: The bulk update page now allows you to update the client’s status, communication opt it, and add or remove classifications for clients in bulk.
