How Can I Use the File Under Field on Client's Details Page?

Use the "File Under" field in Zanda Client Profile for previous client ID or other info. Included in Advanced Search, Bulk Send, and Bulk Update.

The File Under field on the Client Profile > Details page is commonly used to save the previous client's id number when client data is imported from the previous client management system.

However, this field can be used for other client-specific information of your choice. It can hold up to 80 characters.

The File Under is included in the Advanced Search filter and can be used as an additional characteristic to run a list of clients in

  • People > Clients/Contacts/Referrers > Advanced Search
  • Tools > Communication > Bulk Send
  • Tools > Bulk Update
