Online forms have the ability to streamline any practice. They enable practitioners to request information prior to an appointment, such as telehealth consent forms, or new client intake forms. So no more time wasted waiting for paper forms to be returned, or precious appointment time lost whilst a form is completed. Requesting information electronically in advance not only increases the efficiency of your practice, but also allows for better session preparation. And it’s great for the environment too!
At Zanda, you can choose from a wide range of pre-prepared, specialised online forms, or easily create your own to suit your requirements, all at no additional cost. You can even apply your clinic’s branding. When a client returns their online form, it is automatically saved and added to their profile. You can set up notifications to inform the relevant practitioner, or even another member of your team.
With MindBody, a practitioner must be on the Accelerate plan to utilise online forms.

Accept Online Bookings and Payments via Your Website
For many practices, a large portion of new appointments or booking enquiries come via their website. Including a booking link on a website facilitates round-the-clock bookings, adding convenience for both the practitioner and client.
Whilst both systems allow for online bookings, with MindBody, to add a booking link to your website you’ll need an Accelerate account (or higher), otherwise you’ll incur an additional monthly fee for the add-on. The same applies to processing online payments, with all payments made through MindBody’s integrated payment processor also being subject to a processing fee per transaction (not supported in every country).
In contrast to this, Zanda’s inclusive account allows you to not only add a booking link to your website, but also to your Facebook page too, both at no added cost. The ability to accept online payments is also included with every account with our free Stripe integration.
