Notable Changes

🔥 New: US Clearinghouse Enrollment and Claim Submission

  • Enroll with the clearinghouse
  • Prepare, edit, and submit claims
  • View and filter a list of claims

🔥 New: Assign multiple practitioners to a client profile

  • Run a list of clients based on the assigned practitioner in People > Clients > Advanced Search.
  • When “Clients can book with any practitioner” is disabled for the client portal the client can book with their primary or assigned practitioners only
  • New user permission to control who can change primary/assigned practitioners and users with access for all clients
  • New user setting to allow users to assign other practitioners to their allocated clients

🔥 New: Practice Dashboard – view practice metrics and trends for appointments, new clients, and invoicing

👍 Improved: Load last viewed page when navigating back from a US insurance claim
