You're in complete control: require payment at booking, make it optional, or turn the feature off entirely.

I have been using Zanda for over 8 years, and left admin support behind when I switched over to it. Once set up it is so easy to use and user friendly. Any support questions are responded to quickly. I love the automated sms reminders, that bookings change colour once theyre confirmed by clients and being able to directly process clients Medicare rebates and Medicare bulk billing. The reports it provides are very useful, as is the ability to click a button to see how many appointments a client has attended since their last referral. Clients love the capacity to be able to book online. Overall a brilliant system.

Zanda templates are awesome too! They have a vast library of templates that you can use or edit to make your own. You can also start from scratch and create your own templates for client notes, email automation, and forms.
