The Refer a Friend program is available to current Zanda customers who have been a customer for at least 3 months.
*All rewards are subject to Zanda’s approval. In particular, the referee needs to be a legitimate Zanda customer in one of Zanda’s primary markets.

What if the referred practice doesn’t use my referral link during registration?
If you inform us within 60 days of your customer signing up with Zanda, we will manually associate the customer with your referral account to ensure you receive the appropriate commission.
How do I track my referrals?
Once you’re part of the Refer a Friend program, you’ll have access to a dedicated dashboard to receive real-time updates and monitor your referrals.
Can I refer more than one new customer?
Yes, there are no limits on how many customers you refer. However, if you are working with a lot of practices, you may wish to consider changing to the Partner Program.
When will I receive my voucher?
All vouchers will be sent between the 20th and 25th of the month subsequent to the successful referral.
Can I get Refer-a-Friend Rewards if I am also a Partner?
No, you can either get the Refer-a-Friend rewards OR the Partner Program commissions.
Why must I wait 90 days after becoming a Zanda customer to join the program?
The 3-month minimum duration requirement was put in place after several cases where individuals attempted to exploit the program by creating accounts solely for the purpose of gaining referral rewards. Unfortunately, this rule is necessary for the longevity of the program.
