- Invoicing (unpaid invoice) – Based on invoices that do not have a full payment applied. Actions will be addressed to the payee of the invoice.
- Post-appointment – Based on appointments that have occurred in the past.
- Client Recall – Based on the client’s last appointment when they have no future appointments booked.
- Set the conditions that must be met for the automation to be triggered.
- Choose one or more actions to happen when the automation is triggered: SMS, Email or Task.
