BizzyAI is HIPAA-compliant and independently audited to comply with ISO 27001 standards. Zanda has a Business Associate Addendum (BAA) with AWS to ensure proper handling of data.
No Client Data is Used for AI Training
No data is used to train the AI model, and all information is processed securely in real-time. We pass strict instructions to the LLM to ensure that the note draft output specifically focuses on medical or health related content that has either been discussed in the session or provided as additional written context from the practitioner for the session.
The AWS Transcribe service is used to convert speech to text in real time. Zanda uses the AWS Bedrock service to access an industry leading LLM for generating the note draft and performing updates to the note content, such as reformatting.
